Auctions

Auction reserve price can be arranged in Standard and Themed Auctions. This reserve price can be displayed as directly or price range. Also, auction ending day and time is set by the seller in application process.

Standard (10 USD per auction)

Listed domain names can be put in standard auction whenever the seller wishes.

Themed (3-10 USD per auction)

Moderators can add multiple auction themes for a period of time. Users can apply for a selected themed auction by making payment. After the payment, if a moderator approves the application, domain name will be listed in that themed auction.

Expiring (free of charge)

Sellers can put their domain names into “Expiring Auctions” in case the time to expiring date is less than 30 days.

When a domain name receives an offer, seller can put it in standard auction starting from the current offer if the buyer also accepts the auction. For this auction process, the seller makes a counter offer and in this way, the buyer is offered three options as;

Accepting this counter offer made by the seller.

Accepting the domain name to be put in auction starting from the offer he/she has made. During the auction, if no higher bid is made, he/she will be the winner.

Rejecting the counter offer made by the seller and making another counter offer or cancelling the negotiation process.

Do I have to use Escrow.com as a payment and transfer method?

Payment and transfer transactions can be made through Escrow.com now. But buyers and sellers can use another payment and transfer method upon their agreement.
However, since the transactions made outside of Escrow.com cannot be tracked, they will not affect your reputation score.

How does our Escrow Service work?

  1. Buyer and seller agree to terms on DomainPanda.com
  2. Either buyer or seller begins a transaction on Escrow.com.
  3. Buyer pays for the domain name to Escrow.com
  4. When Escrow.com verifies the payment, seller is notified
  5. Seller transfers the domain name to registrar company account of buyer
  6. Buyer approves that the domain name has been transferred in his/her account
  7. Escrow.com makes domain name payment to seller.

Can I put my domain name for sale elsewhere?

Yes, we provide a market service that provides flexibility in this regard. This policy includes items that do not restrict our users to use other sales platforms.
However, if a domain name is added to the auctions, the seller legally accepts that the domain name is only available on DomainPanda.com until the end of the auction. If there is no additional bid or if no higher bid is offered within the auction period, the amount you have accepted as the reserve will be the winning bid. You can list your domain name on other platforms before the auction starts, but as soon as the auction starts, your domain name will be sold within our marketplace under Terms of Use and this binding condition continues until the end of the auction.
If you complete the sale of your domain name on a different platform, you must promptly delete the domain name from your account on DomainPanda.com.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Absolutely. No questions asked to cancel your membership.
